I graduated college with a double major in finance and real estate. I'm currently a project manager at a telecommunications construction & engineering firm, mainly managing the implementation of new software for our crews. I also help manage the company's real estate portfolio. There are ~90 locations across the U.S. supporting the day-to-day operations of our construction crews. I help engage brokers to find new locations, complete due diligence on prospective locations, and collaborate with landlords to ensure we are on-time with our contractual obligations. 

Growing up I helped my dad renovate flips and manage a commercial property. This led me to starting a landscaping company because of the volume of work offered by commercial property managers. 

I'm skilled in financial analysis, project management, corporate real estate contracts, and data analysis (SQL). I'm looking to apply these skills to lending/mortgage banking, investment/property management, acquisitions or development. 

My ultimate goal is to own and operate a portfolio full time.
