Hey everyone, I wondering if anyone had any good books, specific podcasts, or YouTube channels/videos about wholesaling and how to get into it. Additionally, does any one have any tips for posting as a Referral/middle man kind of job. One of co-workers is does RE on the side, so he would be my primary person I'm referring, but i also have other friends in it.  I don't mind being told no, but I feel as if there is a better way than knocking door to door. Thanks in advance! If it helps at all, I'm located in Clearfield/Ogden area of Utah.
