Hi Stepan,

I like your breakdown here. I'm curious your thoughts on Goodyear for BRRRR. The growth certainly is occurring. A good portion of the southern part of Goodyear housing (excluding Estrella) could use an upgrade to match the ballpark, rec center, and other newer amenities and development.

Hi Adam,

There are quite a few beat up properties in Goodyear (west valley), especially south of I-10. Opportunity for sure but there is competition with numerous new builds with big time buyer incentives. However, GY is the the country's 9th fastest growing city, and the west valley in general is booming. Job and population ingress.

I've seen incredible change in just the 2 years I've lived here. I'm an agent based here in Goodyear, and would like to be part of your network.

Hi Bruce,

I already have my license.

Thanks for the info though, and I hear nothing but good things about KW!

Including from David Greene, a KW agent who wrote BRRRR. I will for sure check out the books you've recommended as well. I appreciate your advice and yes, I plan on networking as much as I can, attend meetups, and do a lot of lisenting.

Hello everyone! I'm a newly licensed agent. I have another career but I am currently grounded and cannot fly. I've been interested in real estate investing for quite sometime and decided to get my license while I wait for my main gig to get going again. Even after I start flying again I will have plenty of time to persue (and close) real estate deals. . I'm interested in working for a brokerage that does a lot of business with investors, wholesalers, flippers, creative finance, and especially BRRRR. I'd love to join a team that includes agents that are also investors. I live in Goodyear so somewhere in the west valley is preferred but I'm willing to work anywhere in Phoenix really.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, and I'm really excited about being a part of this community! I've read a number of BP books and am particularly interested in multi-family and BRRRR.

I see there have been some great replys to Ms. Rudd's post from a month ago as well.
