Hello, Everyone, my name is Brian.  I very recently just started to educate myself on the business of investing in real estate.  I have no knowledge at all.  I'm currently picking up books, listening to podcasts such as, Bigger Pockets and Keith Weinhold's Get Rich Education and picking the brains of people around me who are currently in this line of work.  I've dabbled a little on research of investing in real estate through out life, but I never continued to further my education.  I'm currently a residential Journeyman Electrician here in the state of WA.  Been doing this for the past 11 years.  I love what I do, but as my age is starting to take over the physical need of my job, I'm beginning to look into other avenues of income, and hopefully my next career move.  So honestly, I would just like to take in any information anyone is willing to provide and learn as much as I can so that I can begin this new phase in life!  Thanks all!
