Hello i was hoping to get some advice .  I have a rental property in California  with about  60000 in equity  is it possible to get a home equity line of credit on my rental property?  should I use  a  credit union  or hard money lender?

@ Brandon  I'm trying to  become financially independent  Buy and Hold  cash flow and have  anywhere upwards of 200 plus properties

@ ali im in riverside and my house is in colton its about 16yrs old, and i also do fix and flips for my brother im basically the fix guy lol

@brendon @dmitriy thanks for your help im learning so much I have a house I rent out in California there is no cash flow but I do have some appreciation I'm considering some ideas of possibly Cash out refinance and try to purchase out of state property or sell it outright and buy something out of state. I only have about 40,000 in equity

yes i was watching morris invest and one other like them they are mid west investors turn key property 30,40,50k homes
