Who can you recommend for credit repair?  Looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience, great communication skills, and can show proven results.  The last company I referred a customer to took more than 14 months, and didn't get nearly the results they claimed to be capable of.

Who knows of any lenders that do 30 year loans without using an AMC to order the appraisal? Most of the lenders I've spoken with require an AMC on 30yr deals, but not on bridge loans.
