Hello,

Besides knowing the area and visiting whats going on around my local area, I was curious if there is a certain report that helps you gather market intelligence. I myself am creating Due Dilligence reports for markets I am interested in entering but was curious if there was a decent report that may even include multiple industry forecasts not just residential real estate? I want to expand and was hoping to see if these reports existed in some national database (I know local economic reports exist with local economic companies but I was hoping for a national registry for individual markets.
