My name is Brian Northrup.  Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona.  I am a Systems Engineer at an MSP in Tempe, AZ.  I am just shy of 30.  I have been investing in traditional and Roth IRAs (and 401k when available with a company match) since I was around 18 years old but have started looking into real estate investing. I am thinking that I would be most interested in buy and hold rentals but honestly am still very open at this point as I have virtually no substantial experience in real estate. I'm here to learn and make connections and hopefully build my wealth along the way!
