Hello,
So pretty much I'm wondering about how to find properties to put under contract to wholesale. I feel I'm constantly getting the same answers, "drive for dollars" or MLS. I'm not currently licensed and won't be until a few more months and don't want driving for dollars to be my only hope. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

My names Brianna I'm a 20 year old full time worker who after taking a small break from college and living off of a non career based postion has decided to take a chance and try something new. Wholesaling has been brought to my attention and I am looking for all the knowledge & insight I can get. Open to all aspects of real estate, mainly due to my situation, no money down investing.
