I'm new to real estate investing and am trying to find ways to get into this business despite not having much (or any) of my own money to invest. I recently discovered the concept of AirBnB, and think it may be a good way to earn some rental income with my primary residence. However, I live in Arvada, and it looks like Arvada restricts short-term rentals (less than 30 days I believe). Am I out of luck living in Arvada? Another related question: Where do owners go when guests arrive?  With the primary residence requirement, I guess I can't look for another place to live while I rent out my house?
