I am trying to find a reliable legal consultation to help me with a venture I have in mind and make sure that I am structuring it appropriately. I don’t want to go pick someone random off of yelp or something because I know not all advisors and lawyers are created equally! Not looking for a freebie or handout, just looking for quality advice. Any tips or people interested in helping, please let me know!

Also, is there a group of meetuo for the Frisco BP’ers?  If not would love to organize something.

In the current market conditions and my current schedule I have been struggling to find decent deals in the metroplex. I know that they exist, and that I may be looking in too hot of areas, so I wanted to introduce myself to local wholesalers who may be looking for investors to add to their "Rolodex". My current strategy is to pick up a new property every 6-8 months. So if your up for coffee or lunch and meeting new people I would love to catch up. Daniel Hyman , thank you for the warm welcome! I love the Milwaukee area! I am former JCI, and loved visiting the city.

Hello BP community!  My name is Brian Steiner.  I am a technology specialist for cities and governments by day and a real estate superhero by night.  Just kidding on the superhero part, but hopefully soon!  I have been in the buy and hold real estate business part time for the last 10+ years through house hacking.  I am still a little green around the edges, although I have learned many valuable lessons on tenant screening, documentation, and property management.  I have two properties currently, but looking to start to heavily invest in my portfolio, looking at adding a property or trading up every 6 months or faster.

My wife became a stay at home mother when we had our first kid almost 8 months ago, and my father is about to retire.  Real estate is a passion for both of them for different reasons, and I would love to build up my business to include them in order to drive us to spend more time together rather than apart.

If you are in my area (Frisco/Aubrey area) or anywhere near, I would love to grab a coffee and chat.  Especially if you are a real estate lawyer,  a CPA with real estate experience, an application developer or team, looking to coach someone who is quick to learn and passionate about this business, or just like to talk about real estate investment.

I also have some thoughts around a couple of new models and businesses in the industry that I will be testing out in the coming months, so stay tuned!  Thank you for this community and I hope to meet a lot of great people, learn many new strategies, and always move forward!
