Mark Gibbs i tried to message you but the message option doesn’t show when I click you profile. I seem to be missing the message/colleague request options on my iOS app... I’m a pro member too :-/

Seems like one of the challenges for mobile home parks is commercial financing. On the BP podcast, they talked about using FNMA or mortgage backed security loans to buy mobile home parks at better rates and with more favorable terms than commercial loans. Has anyone had any experience with this? Recommend any specific lenders to work with?

Hey Jordan!
With you being in MN, I’m curious why you are looking in TX and KY! TX seems to be target rich, and doesn’t have income taxes, but has very high property taxes. What draws you to KY?
I’ve heard great things about the growth in TN, and obviously in TX. I’ve always been most interested in those states without income taxes and find there to be few MHPs available under $1M
I am looking to partner up on a MHP deal with another investor and/or park leads near the west coast. We have one decent target opportunity close to us, but I am looking to expand my geographical scope to find better deals! If you are interested, please let me know!
Looking to buy MHP’s with very little POH’s, city water, city sewer, 30+ spaces, not in a flood, tornado or hurricane zone.
