Hello,

I am a new investor currently living in the Southern California area. I've been doing online research and listened to the BP podcasts, and I'm motivated to start my journey to becoming financially free by establishing a real estate portfolio.

I am searching for high cashflow and potential growth areas both locally and out of state. Out of state wise, I have states such as Indiana, and Michigan on my radar due to growing up in those areas. I am open to both multifamily and SFR, depending on what opportunities presents themselves. I'm writing this post to network with other potential investors and to learn from other people's experiences.

Thanks,

Brian
