Hey @Doug Spence! Thanks for the response. I've listened to his podcast, read his book, and spoken to his main sales rep. And yes it would be with one of the couches on his team, not directly with Jason like you mentioned.

Hey BP! I’m looking for feedback on the 1 on 1 coaching with JDC. I really want to be working with someone on my mindset as well as a mentor through my first handful of deals (which I realize would be someone else). I’m sure you’re getting the same targeted ads saying “work with Brandon Turner’s Coach,” but other than testimonials on their website, I can’t find any reviews of people who went through with it. I’d love to hear about the experience before pulling the trigger on it. Thanks!

Hi BP,

I'm looking to connect with other Los Angeles or Southern California-based investors that are investing long distance or in nearby markets that are more affordable and easier to cashflow. I've read David Greene's book on Long Distance Investing and have been debating on signing up for a bootcamp or mentorship program while getting started. Are there long distance groups or individuals that I should be aware on BP or elsewhere? Searching on the forums, most of the related posts are from years past. I'm grateful for recommendations on people to connect with and am very excited to get my REI journey started and to buy my first investment property very soon. Thanks!

Hi there,

This is my first post, so I hope I'm giving all of the right info. Please, let me know if you need any more!

Some family members went in on a 6.5 acre property zoned for commercial/industrial use. We have full water rights and industrial electric already run.

I'm looking to meet people we could potentially partner with that have the ability to get a warehouse (or whatever makes the most sense) built on the property. I'm also looking to build a network up there and would greatly appreciate advice on who to speak with, or how to find the right people.

I live in Los Angeles, so I'm trying to get in touch with as many people that could help out before heading up to Washington. I do have family that lives in Ellensburg. They are co-owners and can be more hands on when I'm in California.

The zip code is 98926 and the neighboring properties look to be mostly smaller warehouses.

Thanks so much!

Brian
