So far my AirBNB is booking up. I adjusted my daily rates and it seems to be getting more attention. I have a friend that is in Lake Tahoe who turned me on to BP and AirBNB. Not sure if I can share the link here.

Another note about myself is that I have a full time job in Alaska, I work 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I would like to get my portfolio large enough to quit this job.

New to the Forums, but I have been listening to the Podcasts for about 4 months. A friend of mine turned me on to Bigger Pockets. Not much of a Pod-caster but OMG, Joshua and Brandon keep it interesting. So a little about myself. My wife and I have a swimming pool service company based out of Surprise. We have had other small companies that we have sold in the past. We (Well I have) been wanting to get into real estate with some rentals or flips. I have listened to the GURU's "Get Rich with Other peoples money". I thought that would be great! But have never bought into it. I have read Rich Dad Poor Dad about 10 years ago, along with the E-Myth. But still haven't done anything as far a real estate investing. So recently we purchased a second home in Flagstaff for our daughter to use for college. In the meantime we have it listed on AirBNB. Not more than 5 minutes after listing it we had a reservation. So this is our first step into investing into real estate. Our next goal is a duplex in the Phoenix area. So anyways without too much babbling, Thank you Joshua and Brandon for the AMAZING site. I'm hoping to build my families portfolio.
