I specialize in townhouses, currently doing a seven figure renovation on a landmarked brownstone in Fort Greene. I help buyers and sellers of condos, co-ops and townhouses and can provide unique value as a developer and investor. If anyone has questions about the Brooklyn/Manhattan real estate market or questions about townhouses or renovation work, I'm happy to contribute to the community.

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $2,800,000

Owner and project manager. I raised capital, brokered the deal, put the team together and now we're executing. I'll also broker the eventual sale of the project. Heavily involved with layout and design. We're adding square footage, digging down and adding a bulkhead for access to a roofdeck. Dealing with landmarks, access agreements and structural scrutiny from DOB.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This was the most expensive deal and renovation I could afford. I like to go high end, it opens up a lot of possibilities for design and finishes.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Publicly listed.

How did you finance this deal?

A mix of personal and private capitol.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I'm a licensed broker. Happy to help anyone buy or sell their property. I also act as an owner's rep for select projects.
