Not all private money lenders have higher interest rates and closing cost. With some companies like Cogo Capital it all depends on your credit score & the amount of capital that you have. Credit and Capital are not mandatory with Cogo capital but however it will determine your interest rates and closing cost. Everyone one gets approved with Cogo capital as long as you have a deal under contract and a LLC, Entity or IRA. I hope this helps. :-)
