For those that are wholesaling and licensed real estate agents, when the property is on the MLS and you write the offer, are you putting yourself as buyer agent and collecting commission? And do you also collect a wholesale/assignment fee from end buyer? Trying to understand if you receive just commission and/or fee from end buyer. Please advise how you structure. Thank you.
