Has anyone tried out assetcolumn.com ? I have heard some good things about it. Have any of you tried It out?

I would like to start investing in wholesale. So what I’m asking is :

I found a property. Do you think it would work if I got an “assignable contact” and called one of the ‘buy for cash’ places that set up bandit signs near me and offered the places to them after I got it under contract with a 30 day period to find a buyer.

Any suggestions ?

How do I invest with no money down?

I am almost a 19 year old in AL, and getting my real estate license currently. I have been reading about wholesaling and a have the app called ‘dream machine’. Does anyone have any advice on how to invest without money down? Or could someone explain the wholesale process to me.
