Hi everyone! My name is Britt Arlen, I am a chef/business owner in the suburbs of Chicago (New Lenox). Started getting into real estate podcasts and the idea of becoming a real estate investor for the future but am not exactly what model would best fit me. I'm particularly reluctant on analyzing initial rehab costs as I think it would be smart to buy into a cheaper/slightly more run down property as a first. I'm open to any/all suggestions on areas to canvas for first time investor opportunities as well as any helpful starter info in general!  Excited to start this journey!
