Yes, I've read through all the posts I could find in the forums regarding using post-it's for preforeclosures. My partner and I have minimal capital for marketing so we've been doing post-it's on specific preforeclosure doors. If this has worked for you what wording do you use?
Do you keep it basic "I have a cash buyer for your home, as-is. Call me."
Or something like "I help people in your area that are struggling with their mortgage payments. We have many different solutions to help you avoid foreclosure. Please call me."
