a trailer owner called me from a post card I sent out so I spent quite a bit of time looking into it and unfortunately most trailer parks require the trailer to be owner occupied.

Wholesale, wholesale, wholesale!! Take your few thousand and send out postcards, door knock, call for sale by owners, or houses with a for rent sign out front. DO SOMETHING...ANYTHING. Once you have done a few wholesales build a investor portfolio based on your wholesales and detailed plans for the future and send it out. Investors will take you a lot more seriously not just because you've actually done wholesales but because you have sent out post cards ect... your hustling! People respect people that are doing SOMETHING!

Hey guys! We just finished up a flip and are looking to invest in two more homes! If you are a wholesaler i am interested in working with you and building a good business relationship! I use my own capital and my husband is a realtor so I don't have to deal with costs that most investors have to build in. I can do deals that most can't!
