There's a short term rental ban still going on. Anyone who is choosing to rent isn't going to risk it for Anyone wanting big discounts. We woke up to 2 people asking for discounts, one for the end of June, that's peak season and most of us in this area have agreed to not drop our prices. I own 3 STR in Panama City beach, the 30A area is very upscale. Most would rather keep prices up. People are willing to pay and most here have went 8 weeks of no rental income when we had full calendars. Anyone renting them out now aren't going to heavily discount it, I know we aren't, we've lost too much and people are willing to pay. The PCB community is pretty tight and most have said they weren't dropping prices, we've actually raised them a bit.

Super frustrated...3 vacation rentals have been empty for weeks.. in Florida with the STR ban it has become beyond frustrating since they have allowed resorts and hotels, and timeshares to rent

They are owned under our Personal names

How are you guys doing that own vacation properties? We own 3 in Florida. We didn’t qualify for the $5,000 from AirBnB because we have 3 properties instead of 2.  Also I don’t think the $10,000 SBA is for condo owners. Not that we really expected anything but we haven’t found one thing that has helped with losing income from vacation properties that were all fully booked. We do have 3 mobile home parks that are doing ok so far...The condos cannot be rented out long term. Who else has a similar portfolio? Have you found anything at all to help? Thank goodness we have saved to make payments but they are a big chunk each month.,,

I have a park in Florida that recently has been proposed to change the town to Wind zone 3 standards due to being in a hurricane area.... Has anyone also had  this happen during your ownership of a park? Was it hard to find homes, tenants, etc for your lots?
