I see. What do you mean by secondary market? I think one of my goals getting into this is really to own health cash flow assets. :)

Thank you all for the input and advise! I might have a couple of agents in my network. I'll definitely reach out to them. Any suggestions on reading material to get me from "interest" closer to "knowledgeable ready to take action?" Considering how I don't understand a lot of the terms you guys used, I think I'm still far from a good foundation of knowledge and concepts hehe thanks for taking the time to reply!

Hi everyone, my name is Broderic and I am based in the Philippines. I've worked in consulting, performing arts and e-commerce. I would say I'm a very numbers type of guy but I have 0 real estate experience. I took huge interest in real estate upon discovering Brandon Turner's book, Rental Property Investing.
