To whom this concerns. I need a refund for being charged for the full year 342.23 I did not authorize this. I am a monthly pro member. I went to www.biggerpockets.com/AlreadyP... as suggested on the webinar to get the webinar bonuses. It said it was not going to charge me because I'm aleady a pro. I do not want to pay for the whole year. I NEED A REFUND ASAP. Thanks!!!

Loan Terms: 1-2 years

Pre-Payment Penalty: No PPP per se, but an interest guarantee for a certain amount of months per term.

Extension: 6 months for one point
Loan Size: $100K to $15 Million. PP 100k or higher
Max LTC: Lender will finance up to 75-80% of as-is value or purchase price (whichever is lesser), and 100% of the rehab budget! Can lend up to 90% of the purchase price if the as is value comes in higher than purchase price
Interest Rate: 7.75%-10.5%
Property Types: Only 1-4 unit investment properties. 5-200 unit MF.

Use of Funds: Purchase + rehab, Refinance + rehab, Cash-Out Refinance

Do you need money for your investments? I can help! You must have an existing contract and money down or seller financing for down! 100% financing in some cases. This is for residential fix & flips only. Commercial loans need 30% down or seller financing for down. 70% of ARV, INTEREST RATE VARIES.
