I am looking for any investor looking to invest 14k and get up to 20% return on their money. I have an investment property that I am looking to buy and live in during the rehab. Its a HUD home that is in fantastic condition. I will have the money paid back in 30days guaranteed, that's when my wife's buyout comes in.
