Ok I Have a question i went on a website that you have to sign up for to find out about distressed properties in my area then someone called me and asked me all kinds of questions like where i was looking and how i was going to fund them so since i am doing wholesale i told her cash but i did not tell her that i wanted to wholesale the properties the she said that most sellers are going to want proof of being able to finance like a letter from the bank for proof of cash or a pre approval letter saying that i can get financing what shoud i do since i am not actually purchasing these properties myself . thanks for any help

Hi Nicole well i live in west palm beach florida right now
im still new to wholesaling have not done any myself yet but
i was told that regardless of the market conditions that does not effect wholesalers i would think the only problem would be finding buyers to purchase the deals.

Hey everyone Just a quick qustion How much money would someone need to start wholesaling? Im asking because i dont have any money now not even saved so just want to know what i should do first before i get started thanks

Ok i understand all the steps in doing a wholesale but the first thing a person has to do is have buyers already lined up to buy the properties how do i do that when i dont know anyone in the areas im looking to work and i sometimes see i buy houeses sign
but i dont know what to tell them if i were to call should i let them know i assign contracts and if find a houses can i just give them a call i thik once i find a few buyers i should be able to find a few deals. thanks for the help.

Hi everyone i Have a Question im just wondering is now a
good time to get into the real estate market doing wholesale
because im hearing since the market is bad i wont be able to make any money and im just trying to do a few wholesale deals
to build my capital so that i can get into rehabbing and rentals but dont have the funds for that know so what do you think is it possible to make money now and by the way i am located in west palm beach florida thanks for answers
