Thanks for the info Dave.  We've incurred some major cost overruns due to inflation during our latest fix/flip project. We've almost completed the project, but I've had to use personal credit cards to cover the funding shortfalls.  As a result, my credit card balances are much too high and its also impacted my credit score.  Once this property is sold, I will pay down my credit cards and contact you to discuss your funding program.

We are a small investment team operating from Colorado and California, investing in residential single and multi-family properties in the Cleveland metro region. We have completed 10 deals during the past several years, using a BRRR and fix/flip strategy.

After completing our latest project in Lorain OH this month, we will qualify for Finance of America’s “bridge plus loan” meaning that we can do future projects without a lender holdback for the renovation. We also have a $950K approved credit line with FOA.

We have trusted real estate agents and contractor(s) in the Cleveland area with whom we’ve worked for several years.

Interested in working with an active or passive investor/partner to expand our business.
