Hey y’all,
I’m a new investor looking to make my first deal. I’m currently focused on my education and paying down consumer debts. In the meantime I am looking for local meetups in the RI or MA areas, particularly south coast, but any area works. I would like to get to know more investors in person of any experience level. If anyone knows of, or is looking to create one with me, please reply!!!

Hey y’all!
New to the BP community and investing. I’m currently just doing some research before making my first investment. My plan is to start with a Multiplex, maybe 2-3 units, and occupy one unit until I’m ready to take on another property. Anyone in the RI/Southcoast MA area have any advice/tips on investing in this area?
