I'm glad I stumbled upon this website!, @Sharon Tzib Right now I am mainly focused on meeting more investors to share deals with, and broaden my knowledge within the real estate investing world. Oh and Belize must be beautiful, I've always want to scuba dive there!

@Jon Klaus I am currently working for NetWorth Realty of Houston, I had also worked at there Dallas office also. My core competency is locating 20-30 solid deals for investors a month. Whether an investor is looking to build up their rental portfolio or do some flips, my goal has been to make investing as easy as possible regardless experience level. The majority of the deals we get are private inventory properties that are not for sale to the open market.

The reason I recently got a MLO license is to help originate hard money loans we offer to those investors who may need help with funding the deals, and of course to expand my knowledge of the funding side!
