Both actually! I do not use Facebook very much so I’m unable to get into real estate groups and what not so I’m trying to learn where to find buyers, meet investors, & also funds.

I am lacking buyers and investors and knowledge In general regarding the process. I have access to numbers and post cards but for example I have a property right now that I’ve connected with the seller negotiated the price but no buyer. And I have no Facebook so just wondering where exactly do I find these people

What's the best advice to beginner in real estate field? I am interested in wholesaling/flipping properties and eventually rentals. I have done a great amount of research for awhile and I am confident that I know pretty much the basics but I am lacking the sources and resources to put me in the game.
