Hey everyone, recently purchased an Reo. Beautiful house but has a spiral staircase as the only means to the 2nd story. Should I keep or place with traditional stairs?

@Steve Hall thanks for the reply. It is zoned multi use and would allow to build on it. I currently dont have capital to do anything besides the purchase of the property and minor things. I was planning to. Build more on the property in a few years.

Hey everyone. There is this 8 plex in a very nice and upcoming area north of Pittsburgh. Property is on 20 acres which neighbors a future 300 house development. Property has normal wear and apartments could have some value add to get rents up, but how it sits it still cash flows nicely.

Now here comes the issue, property has been on the market for a year and half owned by an estate. I would of thought a property like this would of lasted minutes on the MLS. I discovered that the property has a failing septic system. There is utility hook ups on the other side of the road. So a road bore would be required along with 8 hook ups which would be I'm excess of 40k for taps alone.

I believe this property would be worth it strictly from the future possibility to develop those 20 acres into many more units. Any thought?
