Hey everyone,

I want to know what I should do,

I have a 2acre lot and mobile home and

I wanted to sell to an investor.

He told me he is an investor, we negotiated, got the contract and told me everything is fine. He hasn’t reacted out to me until I did for a week. Week pasted He told me he’s a wholesaler, hasn’t given earnest. And now he tells me before 60 days. But I already had a investor that wanted to do this process and had the cash. What should I do? And will I face consequences for breaking contract?

I would like some experienced advisors to analyze my situation.

I inherited a property near Jacksonville Florida, it’s 8 hours away from me

It’s 2.0 acres with a 1972 mobile home

Previous tenants damaged the property, (was not in control when it happened)

After that, we had our ac and water pump stolen

Don’t have to much capital to invest to repair properly.

Should I sell as is and use that for capital local market area investing or try to invest in that property in Jacksonville?

Hello I’m seeking help or guidance, would like a mentor if local in south Florida.

I’m 21 years old and soon to have a capital of 30k,

Would like best approach for first deal. I been learning for 6 months on rei, and decided I want to pursue a big financial goal. I am searching for local deals and analyzing financial as practice.

Should I flip my first house, I have a family that can help rebuild the houses that specialize in flips.

Should I lease option? Sandwich L.O.?

to create more passive income?

Should I purchase?

I don’t have the best credit yet. Any advise.
