Looking for lenders who will lend on properties worth 50K or below. Prefer portfolio lenders or single asset based lenders since I currently have a portfolio of more than 10 financed properties.  Median credit score is over 720 and looking for properties in the state of Maryland.

Hello lenders!

I'm looking for a cash out refi in order to take out at least 30K out of a rental property. Here are the numbers:

Purchased the property 6 years ago

Currently rented for $1890

I owe approx $153,000

Property is worth approximately $260,000

My credit score is well above 740

I would like to refinance for an interest rate of approx 6.5%

My current interest rate is 5.5%

I am looking for a program that does NOT require a review of owner debt to income ratio
