Sorry to be slow responding, all. I would definitely be interested in about a month: I just put a house under contract for us to move to Tyler, but I'm currently in Dallas. If you an get something set up for mid-November, my wife and I will join you!

@Abram Dominguez Thanks for answering! Right now I'm planning on checking out that IMPACT zoom, and looking in on the thread Shea mentioned. Our next few weekends are tied up, but getting together and just starting something has some appeal.

I am currently still in Dallas, while my wife runs back and forth between here and Tyler (staying with relatives during the week). We aren't sure on the timeline for our move yet. I mention this to say that no time of the week is 'good' for us, so we will do our best with whatever gets chosen if folks are getting together.

Hello all. I was on here some years ago wanting to get started with Real Estate, but things didn't work out at the time. Now, however, my wife and I are moving to Tyler Tx in the next few months, and are starting to look in this arena again.

I am hoping we can find a good group to help us get acclimated to the market. I got on meetup and found the IMPACT and something about a 'Mentoring' group... does anyone know about them, or about any other groups in the area?
