Hello DFW friends!

🤠

️I am helping a buddy with generating more leads for his design studio. He’s working on a sample design package to pitch to builders and investors.

I made a few suggestions on improvements but I’m not too familiar with this type of sales pitch. What information is important to builders and investors? What should we include to improve the experience? Any advice or information would be helpful!

It already includes sample plans, project blueprints, design images/ specifications, build schedule, material allowance, design brief, etc.

Check out the digital version below.

If you are a builder or investor that would like more information regarding MDS Services, please DM for inquiries.

Thanks for the welcoming messages everyone. I am currently saving up money to partner on a deal with a friend. I am still trying to figure out analyzing deals and breaking down the numbers so it can make sense to investors. If anyone has good reference material to use for learning how to invest using different strategies, that would be great. I want to start small and invest in bigger properties little by little.

Hi everyone!

I recently graduated from the University of North Texas with a major in Real Estate, Minor in Marketing. I have experience in property management and residential construction. I am currently looking for local young aspiring investors like myself to bounce ideas off of, talk real estate, and maybe partner on a deal with each other some day. Feel free to ask any questions and share ideas :)
