I’m about to try and get into virtual wholesaling. Is there anyone that is pretty well experienced that I could possibly ask a few questions?

I have not put the properties under contract yet but I got a call this morning and a seller wants to sell 10 properties as a package deal. I talked to my “Mentor” about the deal. My question is, what should the percentage be cut between us? He suggested 70 30 with me getting the 30 but I got the lead and possibly have a cash buyer on my side. Is that fair?

I would like to hear your opinion on how to find the best mentor in your area. What should I ask them? I am in the Dallas area and Tyler and would like to knows y’all’s thoughts on it. Any mentors in the area?

I am a 19 year old kid 2 hours from the big city of dallas. I am intrigued on real estate and the benefits of investing into it. I want to find a mentor to show me the way and help me through it all just to have my back.
