Good morning everyone. My name is Arron Henderson and I have a problem(LOL).

I'm just throwing this out there to see what some of you creative people have found works really well for you. I know there's no shortage of bright people in this community, each with your own specialty.

Here's my question:

Can some of you please provide (in detail) a VERY FAST, & VERY EFFECTIVE method, that you've personally had great success with, for finding unlimited money from private investors?

...& here's the catch...

let's say that you've exhausted all possibilities for securing funds from anyone you are currently associated with. Yes, folks....

What do "YOU" do to SECURE brand-new sources that neither you or any of your associates have any sort of rapport with.

I REPEAT !! ... This is not from any referral from someone you already have some rapport with.

How do we pull these mysterious people "out of the woodwork" and get them to "Show Me The Money, Jerry!"

Oh Yeah, did I mention? This is something that I need to achieve ASAP !!!!

What are your thoughts? This should be interesting. :D

I appreciate your comments

All the best,

Arron

Hi Brandon. I don't know if you've already considered this or not.

Have you advertised (on all social media networks and free classified sites ) or checked your own database, offering this lending opportunity to other private money investors?

i.e just busy people that have money and are looking for a better return on their money than what their current stock portfolio provides.

I've heard a lot of people are upset with the performance of their non-real estate investments and might be happy to get a 6-10% return with a longer term than your hard money guy is offering. (Maybe someone will give you a 5 year term and with interest only payments, just so they feel more secure about the investment)

Would that enable you to pay off both debts, free up your dad's credit, keep the property in your name and allow you to get more monthly cashflow/ a emergency fund while you give the property time to appreciate in value?

Get some people interested by noting:

-They don't have to be a landlord to reap rewards from real estate. (You'll take care of all the details and property management)

-It can be completely hands off for them

-explain why RE is a much safer & more lucrative investment for them than other types

Just a thought I hope this helps.

Thank you Brian, It's nice to meet you! I've no doubt that I'll learn a lot here.
I'm looking to find investors that would like to get a bette return on their money by investing it into my projects, but I'm alway open to new angles and opportunities.

I might consider partnering up on a deal-by-deal basis.

Have you got something in mind?

As you know, I'm new to the site. How would I send a private message back to you if I want to ?

Hi everyone. I've got to be honest. I'm a little bit hesitant to post and introduce myself after reading a little of the thread for Ian the wholesaler.

I'd just like to let everyone know that I'm here and accessible.

My intentions are to grow my business and create many long-term business relationships. Although, it would be nice to get to know all of you on more of a personal level and not just a "strictly business" level. We're all just people who have like's, dislikes, dreams and desires. It will be nice to connect with others that have similar work ethic and similar goals.

I've learned a lot about real estate investing in many different niches, but I'm not going to pretend that I've got it all figured out. I certainly don't. I know that I will be a student of this discipline for as long as I live and that each of you has experience and expertise in specific areas of investing.

I know that you are able to teach me some new tricks. I welcome your advice.

I agree with the philosophy that a wise person is the one who surrounds himself with (and listens to those) who know more than he/she and there should be no shame in asking questions to acquire useful knowledge.

I'm here to learn, help myself, my family, my friends, and help each of you in any way I can.

I believe in the Win-Win philosopy.

I'm extending an open invitation to everyone to contact me.

I look forward to meeting all the wonderfull people in this community, and to all the great things we can achieve together in the near future.

thank you all for your time and interest in my post.

It's nice to meet you!

Have a great day!

Arron Henderson :D
