I am very interested in owning mobile home lots to rent out. What is the process like from locating the land. laying the utilities, and keeping the park nice? Also would like ballpark estimates of cost, Only interested in lot rents not actually owning the trailers. Thanks for your the help!

I am looking to start acquiring Walgreens properties. Is it possible to owner finance these deals? 

I am 24 years old and currently house hack a duplex, Im a full time real estate agent and my goal is $30k per month by the time I'm 30.  I have been making 100 calls per day for a while, looking for deals and today I found a local business owner who told me he is interested in owner financing 50 properties all together in an up and coming zipcode in my area. I talked to him for almost an hour and we connected great, he said he is retiring and is wanting to owner finance his portfolio to a "young hungry investor" as he put it. I have a great connection with the number one property manager in my area who also has mentored me, MY plan is to come to an agreement and have him manage them all for me. this would be a great opportunity to take advantage of and I realize how rare an opportunity this is. I would like to negotiate 0% down, what are some tips and strategies to allow me to pull this off?   

I have been calling 100 property owners a day for a while now and have so many great off market opportunities coming my way. and I want to get some systems in place that will allow me to flip multiple homes at a time, I have access to private capital, my marketing is dialed in, I just need help with the systems. Any advice is very appreciated.

What is the process of finding a reputable hard money company, to utilize in this strategy? Im a realtor who wants to start wholesaling, but the whole assignment of contract thing kept messing me up and I feel Like it makes the process harder.

I have experience wholesaling in my current market but I live in a town of 20k people and found it hard to find deals that made sense or investors buying in my area.

Im interested in the Memphis TN market, I know some buyers up there that told me they would buy deals from me.

What do I need to succeed as a 1 man show in virtual wholesaling?

What is a good daily routine to follow to ensure  systematic measured growth is made in my business week after week?

How can I go about finding buyers in a market I'm not familiar with?

Any how to guides or tips are very much appreciated. 

also if anyone has a good wholesale contract they could send my way would be great!
