Have you ever painted a shower pan. I heard there is a two part epoxy paint that is suppose to do the job. Anybody tried it?

Thank you. Maybe my question should be, what is the best way to use IRA money to finance a new business venture that will flip houses. I would like to shelter to proceeds above what the IRA provides to the LLC. Even if I have to put the proceeds into a IRA until I'm older?

Interested in using my IRA to fund a new LLC that would flip houses and put the proceeds back into the IRA. Then due it again. Any guidance?

We would like to put our IRA to work leveraging some rental properties. We are in MO. Plan on financing for 5-7 years, paying off the loans and dumping anything left back into the IRA until retirement. We are currently 50 years young. What do you think?
