Post: Houston and Greater Houston Wholesalers

I am looking for wholesalers that want to get their deals closed and create a relationship to do multiple deals.

I currently work with multiple wholesalers around Houston which I helped buy, sell, and close 69 deals in 2023.

With many of them being able to scale their business to the next level no longer having to worry about dealing with Investors/Buyers and the issues that come with selling a property. Spending less time there, they are able to put more time and focus on acquiring them.

I am also able to get you a very accurate number usually within a couple minutes. I can let you know what we can buy that property for and you can work to get it for cheaper. Being apart of a company that does 40-60 transactions a month we gain invaluable insight on the market. I was the #1 Producer for New Western in Houston for 2023 and pride myself on being very in tune with the market and being able to give accurate numbers. Which equals to less wasted time for you.

They are also able to utilize our vast network to help uniquely tackle any issues that come up throughout the title search or with the seller. Every transaction is different and they come with their own challenges, we understand that and have a lot of experience overcoming those obstacles and getting the deal to the closing table.

At the end of the day I am going to help anyway I can to get the deal closed.

This isn’t for everyone, if your goal is to do 1-3 deals a year then you are going to want to squeeze every dollar you can get for those deals and I understand that. However, if you plan on doing 10+ a year and scaling your business, then you could consider selling for 5k less as a trade off for not having to deal with the wasted time and energy that comes along with selling and closing the deal. Which we all know time is money in this business.

@Caisen Sullivan : What do think about Pearland TX 77584?

 @Son Tran Pearland is good as well. I have seen investors make money flipping and renting all over Houston as long as the number work.

North: Woodlands, Parts of Spring

Southwest: Sugar Land, Parts of Missouri City

West: Katy, Spring Valley, Briar Forest, and many more

But you can find good areas throughout Houston just depending on the neighborhood. 


Price would vary depending on what part of the city or which certain neighborhoods you are looking in.

I was wondering if anyone was wholesaling in SETX. If so I would be appreciative to come help you out in any way and get some experience in the field. I am new to real estate with little experience but I would love to learn the ropes and see how it is done by someone with experience, and also helping you out along the way. I am a hardworking individual that just graduated and i am excited to get into and learn about real estate.

I am also open to any advice.
