Does anybody know of a Rockstar agent in Philadelphia who can help with me with finding a rental to do Airbnb?
I am looking to "house hack" but through Airbnb. I am currently living in South Jersey (where I own 2 rentals) and I will be moving back to Philadelphia by March of 2022.

Hello all,
I am looking into a property in North New Jersey, in Linden. I am wondering if there is anyone who invests in this area who could answer a few of my questions:
- What type of neighborhood would you say Linden is? A,B,C,D?
- Is this more of an appreciation market or cashflow, mix of both?
Here is a few of my questions. I would ideally like to have a phone call.

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone is familiar with using a VA loan to purchase a multifamily property?
More specifically I am curious if the lender will allow for the use of projected rental income to qualify for loan approval.
Thank you!

@Marlen Weber Thank you!
So far it has been a lot, just to be honest. It is a lot getting everything setup initially but once those systems are in place you can rely upon them.

@Joel Calkins Thank you for your comment!
I have only been in the property for 2 weeks now but a trick for starting out is to find reliable people that you would enjoy living with as tenants. As this will make your house hacking experience all the more easier. I would recommend this strategy to everyone! It is an awesome way to eliminate your largest expense (housing). It is also a fantastic way to get your foot in the door with REI and some great first hand experiences of what it means to manage a property.

I recently just purchased my first investment property and I am currently house hacking. I am looking for recommendations for CPA's who are literate in real estate to help with tax strategizing and preparing taxes.
Thank you!
