@Reagan Huefner thank you for your input! Just happy to see how responsive this community is! I will keep my eyes open to upcoming markets and if I find myself in NC specifically I will be sure to reach out again. Thank you and happy house hunting
Hello Bigger Pockets family! My name is Caleb McKitrick and I love real estate! First time post, as I have been diligently educating myself over the past several months on all the amazing content found on youtube and this outstanding social website. Needless to say, I have been bitten by the real estate bug and have been mapping out my plan daily in order to get started efficiently. I am currently living in southern Vermont where I plan to work as a snowboard instructor this upcoming winter season. However, come April I am looking to relocate with my girlfriend Sarah and our lovely, but annoying feline friend. I have been researching much of the east coast and am currently looking into North Carolina as a possibility. I am most interested into what you as the Bigger Pockets family has to say about the state of NC in relations to rentals (or any other states for that). More specifically all-cash BRRRR rental properties being all in for 75% ARV and to obviously cash-flow positively. Much love to you all and looking forward to becoming pro very soon!
