@Matt Kauffman I live in Canton in Plain Township so we’re not far at all. I’m looking at single family properties under 40,000 dollars at the moment. My goal is to get my first property and use it as a learning tool and hopefully build the foundation for financial freedom through real estate.

I’m in the Stark County area in Canton, Ohio and I was wondering if there is anybody in the the North Eastern Ohio area that could tell me what they expect to cash flow with the mortgage included into the expenses. Also anybody who replies I am open to networking or finding out about local meets besides the one I attend now.

I’m beginning to look at houses in my area for my first rental. I’m going to a showing tomorrow and the house is almost 30,000 dollars under what it appraised for in 2018 and in the pictures it doesn’t appear to have any major problems. I was just curious to what I should look for and what kind of questions to ask the realtor to try and assure my self about a deal like this. Thanks.

Hi I’m new to the forum so forgive me if I chose the wrong category. I’m 18 years old and live in Canton, Ohio. I just turned 18 about a week ago and got approved for a credit card to build credit. I’ve also saved about $10,000. If you were in my shoes as a young investor what would be your advice to me?
