Greetings, I'm a 21 year old going to a state university for Business Administration. I currently have ~$3000 in a roth IRA, $1000 in an interest bearing account averaging 8% per year, and $600 in the bank. I'm a sophomore and my mother is paying for me to attend, my vehicle, my gas, my food, and I live in her basement. I do not plan on moving out. However, I like the idea of a house hack and think the timing will be right in the next two years. I live in North Dakota by the way. I work at a hotel at the front desk for $11.25 per hour. I work ~22 hours a week and can feasibly save up the entirety of what I made. My credit score is 811.

If you were in my shoes and could do things a little differently than you had, what would you do?

Thank you,
