Hi! I am reaching out to see if anyone is familiar with loan signing agents in Indiana. I recently watched a video on the Bigger Pockets YouTube channel that discussed the career as a side job and have become highly interested. The trouble that i am having is finding information related to loan signing in Indiana. Are there any loan signers on the forum? If so, does Indiana have any specific requirements ? One site that I came across said you also need a title license. Additionally, what type of income can be earned as a side job? Thanks.

Hello! What resources should I use when analyzing rental property deals? I don't currently own property but want to make sure that I have fully vetted a deal out before making a decision. I am familiar with the 1% rule but in also realize that is more or less a rule of thumb. Any and all feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello. I am interested in purchasing a vacant lot and holding it for appreciation. Currently my financial situation does not allow me to purchase the lot for cash. Is anyone familiar with lenders that make loans on vacant lots?
