The new Rental Property Calculator on Bigger Pockets is a very stripped down version of the old calculator... anyone else not liking it?  Missing lots of graphs, analysis, etc.  Is this a permanent thing?

I have never used them before and wanted to make sure they are legit before I send them my info. Anyone used them before? How was your experience?

Not happy with Wells Fargo and their fees and rules. Wire transfer fees are crazy.  They don't post the money until the end of day or the next day so that they can make money on the float, etc.   Any thoughts on online bank? Anything to watch out for?  Any good one to recommend?  Thanks so much!
