@David Wright thank's for the response, wholesaling is definitely for me i may just need to be a little more patient and put more money into another marketing strategy.

I'm Still very new to Real estate, but from my research and the suggestions of mare experienced investors, I have come to the conclusion that wholesaling is the best way for new investors to enter the space. I'm curious to see what the community thinks and i would like to know some tips on finding buyers that may help me get my first property sold because i haven't had any luck so far.

I get a lot of real responses from real people but i haven't actually got any buyers. It may be better for finding tenants and screening. Bigger  pockets is a new social site that i'm testing now, so if anyone has any advise for marketing through social sites let me know I have a great house that i want to get sold in the next 30 days.
