Ross - Do you have any advice for securing Investors in the Phoenix market? Our plan is to approach private investors for the capitol to secure a Hard money loan, which will fully finance our first deal. Do you have any advice for how to approach, secure, and protect investors?

My brothers and I are getting started in the Residential Redevelopment market. We are looking for advise on financing, securing investors, and how to properly protect investors so that we can grow and continue to attract more investors and complete more deals.
