I am new to the world of REI. I recently attended a workshop on real estate investing where I felt that I learned little and was basically sold on a $50k + program. I want to learn as much as I can about REI and begin my path to financial freedom. I am looking forward to learning as much as I can and possibly closing at least one deal before the year is out.
